Nacho chicken is probably one of our top crockpot meals that we love to make! It doesn't get any easier & tastes delicious!
To make the freezer meal, in a gallon ziploc bag combine:
2 large chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can rotel
The night before you want to make it, put the bag in the refrigerator to defrost and in the morning put the contents in the crock pot on high for 6 hours. About an hour before its done, I take a fork and shred the chicken.
