100 Day Countdown: Days 49-40

Day 49: Walked over the blue bridge, East Bridge Art Festival & worked on the house!! Busy but productive day : ) 7 weeks from today I'll be married!!

Day 48: Spent day 48 at our first wedding shower!! So much fun celebrating with wonderful people : )

Day 47: our wedding shower cake yesterday, absolutely loved it! Wedding festivities are oh so fun!!

Day 46: 46 days : ) so close to being done with painting & wedding invitations!! It's getting so close : )

Day 45: yummy dinner at Fetta and Coldstone ice cream before sitting down to work on wedding invitations!

Day 44: Really missing my future husband while he works tonight! At least I have his sweatshirt : ) 44 days until I get to be the luckiest girl in the world and call Jared my husband!

Day 43: at the OHS vs. BG game with my love : )

Day 42: Celebrating Mr. & Mrs. Allen! Can't believe 6 weeks from today we will be married : )

Day 41: With all my beautiful bridesmaids at our wedding shower today : ) lucky to have such awesome women to stand by my side!

Day 40: 40 days!!!! It's going to be here so soon : ) and we are officially DONE with painting at the new house!!

I cannot believe we are in the 30's on the countdown to the wedding! I'm so ready for it to get here but am trying to soak up each moment of these last few weeks as well.

Our First Home!

Exciting news! The future Peacock's are officially home owners : ) after lots of searching we found the perfect house for us! We are so thankful for our new home and for our wonderful realtor Matt Schell (visit his website here). We could not have asked for anyone better to take us through this process and highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

We closed on our house two days before we left for San Diego. It was hard to leave right after such a big day but we had no idea how thankful we would be for that vacation! We've been working on the house about a month and are finally seeing it come together. We have painted every ceiling, wall, door and piece of trim. I am over painting but am in LOVE with our home and can't wait to move in after the wedding! We've been doing lots of work and I will be sharing pictures of some of our projects soon! We are so blessed to have a wonderful home to share together and to start this new chapter of our lives in. I have turned into even more of a complete emotional sap than usual the closer we get to the wedding and the excitement of sharing a home with this amazing man has me overwhelmed with happiness!

St. Louis

We decided to take a pre-wedding family vacation to St. Louis a few weekends ago to spend some time together. We had a great trip!

100 Day Countdown: Days 59-50

Day 59: Really missing this guy tonight! Excited for a full weekend of wedding planning & working on our house : ) 59 days! Less than two months ahh!!

Day 58: Once the paint is dry we will have one room finally complete! So ready to be done painting!! 58 days to go : )

Day 57: OHS vs. Apollo. 57 days to go!

Day 56: Downtown Scavenger Hunt with Jess!! So much fun!

Day 55: Day 55 late because we've been doing SO MUCH painting this weekend!!

Day 54: Louisville football season is officially here! Spent day 54 painting and now watching the game with my favorite guy!

Day 53: this new last name makes for fun shopping : )

Day 52: Only I could end up in convenient care from cutting my foot open painting doors! Fun way to spend the night of day 52 : /

Day 51: 51 days : ) can't believe how soon the wedding will be here!! Making lots of progress on the house and our first wedding shower is this weekend!
