Top Ten Fall Essentials Pt. 2: Splurge vs. Steal

It's fall y'all!!  I'm so excited for fall and about the fact that  I am guest blogging for Karli over at September Farm today!  Since today is the first official day of fall I figured what better way to celebrate than with a fall fashion post?!


 I decided to put together my top 10 fall essentials in splurge vs. steal format so I could share options in different price points!  I'm working on cleaning out my closets and only adding specific items for fall that I love!  Hope you enjoy my list!

6. Skinny Jeans

Dark skinny jeans are my fave this time of year!  They are perfect to tuck into riding boots or to wear with booties.

7. Booties

Y'all!  Do yourself a favor and go get these Target booties.  I bought them in black & tan and they are so cute and so comfy!!  They will be featured in several outfit posts coming up.

8. Aviators

I love a good pair of aviators! They are so easy to throw on & make an outfit super cute.

9. Anorak Jacket

I love Anorak jackets!  I'm still debating which one/color to add to my collection but I definitely want one for the fall!

I love a good tote!  I carry a lot back and forth to work & meetings so a good versatile tote is a necessity.  Both of these totes are great quality but I managed to snag a great Target Cartwheel coupon and ended up buying the Target one!  I have the reversible red & black and love it!

    Great picks! I saw that bag at Target over the weekend and it looks EXACTLY like the Free People tote that is way more expensive. It is so cute. Those jeans are cute too. Thanks for sharing and I hope that you have a great day! :-)

    I have a similar jacket to the Target one you found and I wear it all the time when it rains / when it's a bit chilly out!! I actually got it from Lands End believe it or not! Also loving that tote! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston

    That reversible Target tote seems like a great purchase! I feel like Target offers a lot of the similar clothing for a great price! Yay for Target and yay for Fal!!

    I had those Target booties from a couple years ago in olive and they were SO painful. But it's good to hear that they're so comfy now because those are adorable and I want them in that taupe color!!!

    I love the booties! I have a similar pair from last year which I don't think were a steal (I wish they would have been!) but I can't wait to wear them again once it gets a little cooler.

    Yes to all of these, especially the aviators! I just can't ever see myself paying $100+ for sunglasses - I usually break or lose them! And for the tote bags, Old Navy makes an even cheaper version!! Great round up!
